At UpLearner, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences with real-world value. However, if you feel our course doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day refund policy.
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of course enrollment.
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- You have not started or participated in the internship program.
- You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction, and feedback for improvement.
How to Request a Refund?
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email your refund request to support@uplearner.in with your registered name, contact details, and enrollment date.
- Mention the reason for the refund request.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The refund request is made after 7 days from enrollment.
- You have accessed or completed more than 20% of the course content.
- You have joined the internship or received course completion/certification documents.
- The course was purchased through a special discount, coupon, or promotional offer labeled as non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
